RATTLESNAKES!!

Our landscape workers have reported sighting several baby rattlesnakes on Toby's Trail - the babies are just as dangerous as their parents (bites from baby rattlers can be even worse than bites from adult snakes)!
Please take care when walking in our neighborhood!

NO TRESPASSING IN OPEN SPACE EASEMENT AREAS!

Desiltation Basin Trespassers!

If you observe anyone trespassing inside the basin please contact the Carlsbad Police Dispatcher directly at
(760) 931-2197
The police will respond and detain the trespassers if they are caught in the act.
Please treat this issue seriously - the last repair of the basin cost the association over $30,000!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND ASSISTANCE!

1. The open space easement surrounding our development was designated to provide habitat for native plants and wildlife only. It is not designated for human activities.

2. If you see people in the open space, call the police immediately. That person is violating California penal code 602 which prohibits the use of private land without prior written authorization from the land owner.
