The head of our architectural committee is Julie Thomas.  If you have changes you would like to make to the exterior of your property, please review the Capri Architectural Guidelines to ensure that your project is in compliance.  For ALL PROJECTS homeowners must have the plans reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to beginning construction.
